The Section 321 US$800 de-minimis that used to allow informal entry without a formal customs entry ended for ALL countries on 29 August 2025, so low-value parcels no longer skip clearance by default — though books remain duty-free when correctly classified. Expect a carrier clearance step; confirm current CBP rules.
